About Baby Acapulco Austin Restaurants
Known for it's casual ambiance and delicious Tex-Mex cuisine, Baby's
A's was founded in 1981 and is most famous for its Baby A's Soup and
Purple margaritas. Baby Acapulco had a small beginning with the
owners selling tacos on 6th street, but eventually became the Baby
A's that we know today with 5 different locations in the Austin
Area. Each location is different in its design and atmosphere. It is
still family owned and operated, and it is not unusual to see the
owners on a busy Friday or Saturday Night. All of our food is made
fresh daily from the salsa, to guacamole, and chile con queso. |

Peach, Strawberry, Cantaloupe, Coconut, Lime, and many more!!!

About Baby A's Menu
Baby A's has quite a variety to choose from with seafood,
vegetarian, beef, chicken, and pork items that will melt in your
mouth. Try our Baby Acapulco Soup: Perfect for a rainy or cold
day. This soup has been called a "soothing bowl of bliss" by the
Austin American Statesman. This hearty soup is packed with shredded
chicken, tortilla strips, Monterrey jack cheese, and avocado chunks.
It is then served with Mexican rice, cilantro, and chopped onions.
And what about Enchiladas? You can't go wrong with 9 different
types of enchiladas to choose from. If you
are feeling a little exotic, try our seafood enchiladas which are
stuffed with sautéed scallops, shrimp, calamari, and fresh spinach,
then topped with a delicious creamy seafood sauce, and served with
black beans, Mexican rice and fresh mango salsa.
