Eddie V's Edgewater Grille is Austin's favorite downtown destination for the finest in seafood, prime steaks and rhythm. Eddie V's opens for happy hour at 4:30 p.m., and for dinner at 5:30 p.m., featuring live entertainment every night at our downtown location starting at 7 p.m.

Owners Larry Foles and Guy Villavaso, partners since the 70's created this classic seafood restaurant inspired by the classic seafood restaurants of New Orleans, Boston and San Francisco. The dim lighting in the piano lounge, accented by large wall mirrors and an intricate hand-painted mural, provides a relaxing atmosphere among live rhythm and blues. Dinner entrees can be enjoyed at the bar or at a table near the piano. The bar offers a wide selection of cocktails from innovative new concoctions to the classics.

Eddie V's prepares signature dishes and appetizers such as Parmesan-Crusted Lemon Sole, Hong Kong Chilean Style Sea Bass and Crab-Stuffed Colossal Shrimp. Seafood starters include Oysters on the Half Shell, Chef Carlos’ Sashimi Tasting, and All-Lump Crab Cakes.

Eddie V's award-winning and extensive wine list includes wines made from more than 50 different kinds of grapes, providing a perfect selection to compliment any dish.

Limon Cosmopolitan A traditional cocktail made in very untraditional way. Bacardi Limon, Mathilde XO Orange Liqouer and cranberry juice.

Chocolatini The ultimate clear chocolate martini, made with Kremlyovskaya Chocolate Vodka and Bois White Cream de Cacao.

Sour Apple Martini For those who like a little tart. Skyy Vodka, Green Apple Pucker and sour mix with an apple slice.

Sunken Blue Martini The taste & look of the Caribbean, with Nassau Royale, Grey Goose L'Orange and Bols Blue Curacao.

Mexican Martini Herradurra Silver Tequila, Mathilde XO Orange Liqueur and sweet & sour with a splash of orange juice.

The Edgewater Martini A traditional Dirty Vodka Martini, made with Finlandia Vodka and a skirt of olive juice.
