desserts. Eddie V's opens for happy hour at 4:30p.m. and for dinner at 5:30 p.m., featuring live entertainment nightly at our downtown location.

Co-owners Larry Foles and Guy Villavaso, partners since the 70's are both from New Orleans and created this classic seafood restaurant from years
of experiencing the best seafood in the world. The dim lighting in the piano lounge, accented by enormous wall mirrors and an intricate hand-painted mural, provides a relaxing
atmosphere among live rhythm and blues. |

Eddie V's head chef, John Carver, is from the world famous Atlanta restaurant group Pano's and Paul's. This award-winning chef has created
signature dishes and appetizers such as Parmesan-Crusted Lemon Sole, Hong Kong Chilean Style Sea Bass and Live Maine Lobster. Seafood starters include Oysters on the Half Shell, Batterfried Cold-Water Baby Lobster Tail, and All Lump Crab Cakes. Eddie V's extensive wine list includes wines made from more than 50 different kinds of grapes, providing a
