taqueria since
1986, when
owners Rob and
Cathy
Lippencott
opened a
modest
restaurant on
East Oltorf
Street.
In the
fall of
1994
they
purchased
the 100
year old
Central
Feed and
Seed
building
on South
Congress
and
began
renovation.
This
friendly
and now
historic
atmosphere
sports
decor
and
photos
form the
Mexican
Revolution. Guero's also
offers
sidewalk
dining, a
bright and
airy enclosed
patio and a
garden where
you can enjoy
live music,
cerveza &
margaritas
under the live

Buying only
the freshest
produce and
meats, we have
created some
now legendary
dishes.
The cadlo de
pollo, a
traditional
chicken soup
full of fresh
vegetables, is
said to have
restorative
qualities.
The tacos al
pastor are a
famous treat
from Mexico
City.

corn
tortillas!
They are
lovingly made
