1986, when
owners Rob and
Cathy
Lippencott
opened a
modest
restaurant on
East Oltorf
Street.
In the
fall of
1994
they
purchased
the 100
year old
Central
Feed and
Seed
building
on South
Congress
and
began
renovation.
This
friendly
and now
historic
atmosphere
sports
decor
and
photos
form the
Mexican
Revolution. Guero's also
offers
sidewalk
dining, a
bright and
airy enclosed
patio and a
garden where
