Iguana Grill Austin OutsideIguana Grill Austin is known as one of the best restaurants on Lake Travis. A winning combination of an excellent view, with well-prepared Lake-Mex cuisine (Tex-Mex with Yucatán flair), and a casual atmosphere. The restaurant is open year round for diners to enjoy.

The inspiring vista and great food allow one to truly "get away" from urban concerns, and it is only about 20 minutes from downtown Austin. So join us, and be a naughty lizard!

At the Iguana Grill we offer great lunch specials (Mon-Fri, 11:00am-4:00pm), as well as additional weekend brunch items. We also have a special kid's menu for your little iguanas!

The Iguana Grill isn't just a "pretty view"! We take our cooking seriously. We celebrate our Tex-Mex roots and give it a Yucatán flair, resulting in a delicious and eclectic range from fresh seafood to classic mole enchiladas.

The heart and soul of Tex-Mex dining depends on good chips and hot sauce, and a great margarita. Our hot sauces consistently win in the Austin Chronicle's Hot Sauce contests, and we offer our delicious margaritas in two sizes (9 oz. and 17 oz.). Now that is a good way to begin exploring appetizers!  Below are some of our favorite dishes.  Visit our full menu here!
