Lobster Tacos:
Three mini four
tortillas filled
with sautéed
lobster, Monterrey
jack cheese, served
with sweet red
pepper coulis and
pico.
Ahi Tuna Ceviche:
Ahi Tuna with
fresh pico de gallo
and diced avocados,
served with crispy
seasoned tostadas.
Citrus Spinach
Salad: Orange
and grapefruit
segments, fresh
blueberries,
strawberries and
spinach tossed in a
citrus vinaigrette.
Camarones a la
Parrilla: Five
jumbo shrimp,
stuffed with
jalapeño pepper and
Monterrey Jack
cheese, wrapped in
bacon. Served on a

Iron Cactus corn

Chile Relleno
Rustico: Two
fire roasted poblano
peppers stuffed with
fajita chicken,
Pepita's seed,
toasted pecans,

& Grilled Portobello
Mushroom Enchiladas:
