Joe's Bar and Grill
Joe's is the brainchild of Louie's 106
co-owner Joe Elmiger. Joe set out
to create a traditional sports bar with
a with upper class comfort-food and a
casual, inviting atmosphere. It's
a dream come true for the downtown lunch
crowd looking for a hearty meal
including tax, tip, and beverage for
under $10. And happy hour couldn't
be more jubilant with free (yes,
FREE) shuffle board, pool, and Bocci
ball. Plus an outdoor patio area
that struts a 120 inch high
definition TV.
