Pechuga de Pollo ~ a freshly butterflied chicken breast, broiled and served on a bed of Mexican rice; your choice of achiote, mole or salsa Vercruzana; served with guacamole & black beans.

Chile Relleno en Nogada ~ a toasted poblano pepper stuffed with pork picadillo, baked & topped with our walnut cream brandy cause. Served on a bed of rice with black beans & fresh fruit.

Lomo de Puerco ~ grilled pork tenderloin medallions served with your choice of: pineapple quajillo chile salsa or avocado, sesame & pumpkin seed salsa; served with black beans, Mexican rice & guacamole.

Lomo de Res ~ grilled beef tenderloin medallions served with your choice of: roasted poblano goat cheese garlic butter or roasted onions & chile pasilla salsa; served with black beans, Mexican rice & guacamole.

Pescados a la Parrilla ~ select either our grilled fresh tuna steak or our fresh grilled black drum fillet; served with a small dinner salad, Mexican rice & your choice of: mango mint butter, chipolte cream lime salsa or salsa Veracruzana.

Camarones a la Veracruzana ~ extra large Gulf shrimp sautéed and placed on a bed of rice with our salsa Veracruzana; served with a dinner salad.

Platillos Mexicanos
Soft Tacos ~ two flour tortillas stuffed with you choice of pork, chicken, beef or mushrooms; served with rajas, rice & black beans.

Tostadas ~ a crisp four tortilla topped with black beans, Monterrey Jack cheese, lettuce, sour cream, tomato & your choice of pork, chicken, beef or guacamole; served rice.

Enchiladas ~ served rice & black beans. Choose from pork, chicken, beef, mushroom or white cheese enchiladas topped with your choice of one of the following: Verdes, Ranchreras Rojas Abobadas, Suizas, Banderas, or de Mole.

Fajitas ~ Marinated fresh chicken breast or beef sirloin; served sizzling with guacamole, Monterrey Jack cheese, salsa fresca, black beans, sour cream & flour tortillas.

Direction to Manuel's Austin Downtown:  Manuel's downtown Austin location is located between 3rd and 4th street on Congress Avenue.

From Mopac (Loop 1):  Head towards downtown and take the 1st Street Exit.  Follow 1st to Congress Avenue and turn left.  Manuel's downtown location will be on your left.

From IH-35:  Head towards downtown and take the 6th Street Exit.  Follow Sixth Street West to Congress Avenue and turn left.  Manuel's downtown location will be on your right.
