Packsaddle Country Club
Established in 1968 and located in the rolling hills of Kingsland Texas,
Packsaddle Country Club offers 18 holes of fun filled golf that serves
up twists and turns to make for one heck of an enjoyable round. In 2006,
the golf course was completely renovated and re-routed by Jerry Slack
and Leon Howard. Featuring smooth rolling Tifdwarf greens, serpentine
fairways, and broad vistas of "Packsaddle Mountain, Packsaddle plays to
6,855 yards from the "tournament tees". The recently renovated clubhouse
at Packsaddle is the perfect watering hole for a post round libation or
a perfect place to hang your hat for a casual lunch. Also, the charming
clubhouse at Packsaddle offers a popular venue for your next special
event, wedding, reception or special event!
 Packsaddle
is also a great place to hone your game. Home to a complete practice
facility (with a double-ended driving range), 10,000 square foot putting
green and a practice facility area with chipping green, you may just end
up with a short game that will make even "Gentle Ben" proud. So

Packsaddle is located in Kingsland, TX; just a short drive from Austin,
TX.
From IH-35 and Mopac (Loop 1):
Head to the South side of Austin and get on Hwy 71. Follow Hwy 71
for 46 miles to Ranch Road 2233 and turn right. Turn left on Ranch
Road 2900 and left on River Oaks Drive. We'll be just ahead. |
