Located in a strip mall next door to Texadelphi, Umi Sushi Bar and Grill offers quite the surprise in ambiance from what one would expect. It's like walking into one of Austin's downtown sushi restaurants, Kenichi or Maiko, as the decor is done with a similar touch of excellence. But unlike its downtown counterparts, Umi sushi prices are a little easier to digest. They offer a regular bar and a sushi bar, for those who prefer the bar experience. Entrees range from an $11 Tempura Udon to a $28 Kobe Style Wagyu.
