About Pedal Barge in Lake Austin
Bring some friends and check out Austin's best lake scene while you pedal, drink, in the comfort of the shade on beautiful Lake Austin. Pedal Barge provides a party boat, coolers fill with ice, bluetooth speakers for your phone, and a charmging captain. All you need is a few friend to get the party started. It's the perfect way to spend the afternoon for birthday, bachelorette, and bachelor parties. Not a bad way to take the team out for a company meeting or corporate event. You'll enjoy pedaling out on the water, going for swims, and meeting new people. We have a motor we can fire up if you get tired. Swimming is available in Party Cove and most guests plan to spend some time there to cool off. Cruises run 2-3 hours, but you can always book more time if the boat is available.
About Pricing and Schedules
We're open 7 days a week. The Pedal Barge holds up to 12 people and we have access to other boats if you need a larger group. You can buy individual tickets, but they require a minimium of 4 people to take the boat out. If you're party is less than 4, they may move you to join another group.
If you want a private trip, just buy 12 tickets to gaurantee nobody else grabs the other seats. Then you'll have the boat to your group.
- 2 Hour Rental $40 per ticket (good for a normal Pedal Cruise)
- 3 Hour Rental $60 per ticket (better if you plan to do a little swimming)
- 4 Hour Rental $80 per ticket (best if you'd like to add dinner at County Line on the Lake)
