About Andiamo Austin, TX
Located in a small shopping center a block West of the Domain, Andiamo is a hidden gem just north of US 183 in Austin.  The locally owned and operated restaurant is easy to miss in the shadow of the colossal retailers surrounding it, but the simple strip-mall facade of Andiamo's masks an elegant Italian eatery that serves five-star cuisine at a fair price.

Superior Service at Andiamo Austin, TX
Opening in 2004, Andiamo is Austin's perfect place for a romantic dinner or a leisurely lunch meeting.  Small crowds and a quiet atmosphere make it ideal for conversation.  The service is top-notch: servers have an intimate knowledge of the menu and are helpful in selecting the right wine to pair with different plates.  The relaxed pace of dining - a meal at Andiamo could easily last 2 hours - doesn't keep the kitchen from getting plates out in a timely fashion.  As soon as one course is finished the next is promptly served.

Unique Offerings
Each month Andiamo features a new dinner menu celebrating the wonderful diversity of food and wine from one of Italy's twenty regions.  With an Andiamo Passaport, you will receive a complementary gift with each dinner you sample in each region you visit.  We also offer Movie Nights in the Backroom.  Enjoy dinner on movie nights and the movie is free.  What could be a better way to spend a weekday evening.  Make reservations early for this one as seating is limited.  The Backroom (A private room seating up to 40 people with wireless internet service and video projection capabilities) is available for all special occasions, business meetings or for any special get together.  We offer Italian Language classes in the Spring and Fall. There are beginner, intermediate and advanced classes each Monday evening starting at 7:00 PM.

A Taste of Andiamo's Menu
For those who can't settle on one dish, the Menu Dello Chef ($52) is a treat unmatched by other Italian venues.  This five-course meal lets the chef get creative and serve a one-of-a-kind dinner with antipasto, pasta, fish, meat, and a desert.  On the evening we ate there, the appetizer was a lobster ravioli in a saffron cream sauce topped with one lone magnificent shrimp, followed by an arugula salad with artichokes and Pecorino Romano cheese.  Next were swordfish with shitake mushrooms and roasted red peppers and a crispy lamb rib chop with spinach and a balsamic reduction.  For dessert, crepes with a cool vanilla filling garnished with raspberries and mint were served with warm blueberry compote.
