The sushi at Bistro 88 is second to none. Bistro 88 Austin sushi barWe have fresh fish delivered throughout the week and are committed to serving top quality sushi that is both pleasing to the eye as well as the palate. From our sushi starters, to fresh sushi and sashimi plates, to our signature rolls you'll experience chef Daniel Lee's artistic creations. Our two most popular rolls are the Spicy Sarah: spicy tuna rolled and topped with salmon sashimi, spicy aoli, and tempura flakes and the Crazy Irishman which includes four different fish (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, & escolar), thai chili, avocado and is rolled in soy paper and is tempura seared.
