B.B.Q. Baby Back Ribs: Tender, mesquite-smoked Pork ribs, coated with rich B.B.Q, sauce charbroiled to tender perfection.
Braised Veal Shank (Osso Buco): Browned and tender veal shank, simmered in a spicy tomato, red wine & vegetable ragout.
Honey Mustard, Cashew Nut Crusted Rack of Lamb: Tender, young New Zealand lamb, cooked to order and served with a sweet port wine reduction sauce.
Roast Prime Rib: Choose Traditional with Au Jus and horseradish cream or blackened and seared with seasoned steak butter.
New York Strip, Tenderloin, Ribeye, and Pepper Steak: Ranging in size from 10oz to 16 oz cuts we bring out the cut before we cook it to make sure it meets your expectations. Top them off with any of our super sauces... Carpet Steak, Been Bourguignon, Horseradish Guacamole, or Ginger & Sake.
Parmesan Fried Shrimp: Tender shrimp, hand breaded in our special Parmesan batter and fried to a crispy golden brown. Served with tangy Remoulade and Cocktail sauces.
Grilled Orange & Bourbon King Salmon: Fresh Atlantic Salmon, hand-cut from the whole filet. Marinated in orange juice, bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic & lemon juice
Pacific Snapper: Fresh, flaky, and delicious. Choose to have it lightly seasoned with Cajun spices, seared and served with seasoned butter, or pan sautéed with lemon, garlic and capers.
Steamed Alaskan King Crab: 16 oz. of succulent, sweet Alaskan King Crab, steamed and served with drawn butter and lemon.
Broiled Lobster Tail: A generous 8 oz. Maine Lobster tail, broiled and served with drawn butter & lemon.
Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna: Seared on the flat-top grill and served with wasabi tartar sauce.

From I-35: Take the 6th Street Exit and head West. Dan McKlusky's is about 4 blocks down 6th Street on the southeast corner of 6th Street and San Jacinto.

From Mopac: Take the 5th Street Exit and head east on 5th Street. Continue east on 5th Street until you reach Trinity and turn left onto Trinity. Follow Trinity one block to 6th Street and turn left. Dan McKlusky's will be on your left one block up on the southeast corner of 6th Street and San Jacinto.
