Salads

Steak Fajita Salad  Fajita Steak served over Baby Romaine, Monterey and Cheddar cheeses, onions and fresh cilantro tossed with our Homemade Buttermilk-Cilantro Dressing and topped with an "Avocado Pico de Gallo" and sour cream.
Parmesan Crusted Chicken Caesar  A boneless chicken breast in a crispy Asiago cheese and fresh herb breading, sautéed and served over our Awesome Caesar salad.

Burgers & Sandwiches

Dave's "CheeseBurger-CheeseBurger" Double meat, double cheese, served with criss-cross French fries.  Fabulous! 
The Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich  Paper-thin slices of steak, imported from South Philly, served on a special, grilled hoagie roll with cheese. Please specify with or without grilled onions and mushrooms.

Pasta & Chicken

Blackened Chicken Pasta  Lightly blackened chicken breast pieces served in an Alfredo sauce with Roma tomatoes and mushrooms over linguini pasta.
Jack Daniels® BBQ Chicken  Grilled, large double breast of chicken, highlighted with a glaze of our sweet BBQ sauce and Monterey Jack cheese. Served with mashed potatoes and fresh, sautéed green beans.

Seafood, Steak, Ribs 

Grilled Mahi-Mahi  Filet of Mahi-Mahi, brushed with a chipotle honey glaze, then grilled. Topped with avocado and pico de gallo. Served with a rainbow rice medley and fresh, sautéed green beans.
Mesquite Peppered Rib Eye  A 12 oz. U.S.D.A. Choice Rib Eye Steak, seasoned with mesquite pepper spices. Served with mashed potatoes and fresh, sautéed green beans.
D&B's Classic BBQ Ribs  Slow-cooked "St. Louis Style" pork ribs basted with our original D&B BBQ sauce. Served with fresh mashed potatoes.
