butterflied chicken breast, broiled
and served on a bed of Mexican rice;
your choice of achiote, mole or salsa
Vercruzana; served with guacamole &
black beans.
Chile Relleno en Nogada ~ a
toasted poblano pepper stuffed with
pork picadillo, baked & topped with
our walnut cream brandy cause.
Served on a bed of rice with black
beans & fresh fruit.
Lomo de Puerco ~ grilled pork
tenderloin medallions served with
your choice of: pineapple quajillo
chile salsa or avocado, sesame &
