About Patsy's Cowgirl Cafe
Co founders Shannon Sedwick and Michael Shelton of Esther's Follies created a true Texas Honky Tonk any Texas folk could call home.  Come on by for some whimsical decor and a signature sandwich and enjoy a live music set by the The Texas Swing Kings, Texana Dames, or the Legendary Greg Garing Band.  You won't want to miss the weekly drink specials and late night happy hour at Patsy's full service bar.

Patsy's has an impressive menu that will be sure to please the whole family.  Whether you're craving a classic Hollywood salad or some Texas Roadhouse Nachos or one of the many signature sandwiches, you'll more than get your fill at Patsy's.

Have kids?  Patsy's is a kid friendly cafe with a full kids menu and plenty of fun drinks.  The kids will also love the colorful playscape right outside.  So bring the whole family.

Patsy's also has private party planner specials.

Dinner: Tuesday - Saturday 5:00 -10:00
Happy Hour: Wed.- Sat. 4:00 - 6:00

The Kinky Friedman Sandwich  - House smoked corned beef piled high with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and thousand island dressing.  $8.95
The Sandra Bullock Sandwich - California gone Texas with smoked turkey, avocado, bacon and Swiss cheese  on toasted bread.  $8.95
The Matthew McConaughey Sandwich - A  might junk of beef brisket sandwich, served with BBQ sauce, onion and bare buns.  $8.95
Classic Cobb Salad - Everything in a bowl, with mixed greens, lettuce, carrots, egg, bacon, cheese, turkey, tomatoes and cucumbers.  $9.95
Shiner Chicken Diablo - Breast of chicken marinated in Shiner Bock and stuffed with Boursin cheese and jalapeno, bacon-wrapped and grilled, served with Tequila rice and grilled vegetables $12.95

Directions to Patsy's Cowgirl Cafe: Patsy's is located in Southeast Austin.  From I-35 and Mopac (Loop 1), take Ben White east (Hwy 71) and exit Montopolis. Get in the right lane and keep an eye out for the water tower.   Patsy’s will be on your right on the corner of Chapman and Hwy 71.  Turn right on Chapman and left into the parking lot. 

If you're already on Hwy 71...we're about 3 miles West of the airport.
